1. Şartların kabulü

3. FastVidl ne yapar?
FastVidl şunları sağlar:
- An online tool that lets you download publicly available content from:
- Instagram (for example Reels, videos, photos, stories, and highlights)
- Facebook (for example reels, public videos, public posts)
- Pinterest (for example images, videos, and pins)
FastVidl şunları yapmaz:
- Host or permanently store the content you download.
- Provide access to private, restricted, or paywalled content.
- Grant you any license or ownership over downloaded content.
- Guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or unchanged.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım, yalnızca kişisel kullanım
Yapabilirsin:
- Download content for your own personal, offline viewing.
- Save content for personal inspiration, education, or reference.
- Archive public content that you created yourself.
Şunları yapamazsınız:
- Use downloaded content for commercial purposes (for example ads, products, or paid projects) without permission from the rights holder.
- Sell, license, or redistribute downloaded content to others.
- Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or watermarks where they appear.
- Claim that someone else's content is your own.
- Use downloaded content in ways that violate copyright or other rights.
5. Kesinlikle yasaklanmış faaliyetler

- Download large quantities of content in an automated or systematic way.
- Use bots, scripts, or any automated system to access or use FastVidl.
Ticari sömürü
- Sell or license content obtained via FastVidl.
- Use downloaded content in marketing, advertising, or any paid campaign without permission.
- Include third-party content in products or services for profit without authorization.
Telif hakkı ve hak ihlalleri
- Download or share content that you are not legally allowed to use.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, or any other rights.
- Violate the terms of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or any other platform.
Hizmetin kötüye kullanılması
- Attempt to bypass security or technical protections.
- Interfere with FastVidl's operation or performance.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Impersonate any person or entity while using the service.
6. Telif hakkı ve fikri mülkiyet
FastVidl aracılığıyla indirebileceğiniz tüm içerik, orijinal yaratıcılarına veya hak sahiplerine aittir. İçerik indiriliyor:
- Does not transfer ownership to you.
- Does not grant you any license beyond personal viewing, unless the content owner clearly allows it.

- A statement that you believe in good faith that your rights are being infringed.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Bildirilen materyali inceleyeceğiz ve uygun olduğunda erişimi kaldıracağız veya engelleyeceğiz.
7. Platform sorumluluk reddi beyanları
FastVidl bağımsız bir hizmettir. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Meta Platforms, Inc. veya başka herhangi bir sosyal medya platformuyla bağlantısı yoktur, bunlar tarafından desteklenmez veya bunlarla bağlantılı değildir.

11. Geçerli kanun ve anlaşmazlıklar
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you have concerns, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it must be brought before the courts located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, within one (1) year from when the claim arose, unless a longer period is required by law.
12. Genel hükümler
