• Provide access to private, restricted, or paywalled content.
• Grant you any license or ownership over downloaded content.
• Guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or unchanged.

• Save content for personal inspiration, education, or reference.
• Archive public content that you created yourself.

حقوق النشر وانتهاكات الحقوق

• Download or share content that you are not legally allowed to use.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, or any other rights.
• Violate the terms of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or any other platform.

إساءة استخدام الخدمة

• Attempt to bypass security or technical protections.
• Interfere with FastVidl's operation or performance.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity while using the service.

6. حقوق النشر والملكية الفكرية

ينتمي كل المحتوى الذي يمكنك تنزيله عبر FastVidl إلى منشئيه الأصليين أو أصحاب الحقوق. تنزيل المحتوى:

• Does not transfer ownership to you.
• Does not grant you any license beyond personal viewing, unless the content owner clearly allows it.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it must be brought before the courts located in روالبندي، باكستان, within one (1) year from when the claim arose, unless a longer period is required by law.
